This video reports the presentation of François-Michel Bernard of IFV (Institut Français de la Vigne et du Vin) at the Winetwork congress Winetwork “SCIENCE & PRACTICE vs GRAPE TRUNK DISEASES & FLAVESCENCE DOREE” - Conegliano (Italy), November 9th, 2016. The seminar reports the present scientific knowledges on Flavescence doree, concerning the recognition of the infection through the most characteristic symptoms and the differences with other pathologies such as Bois noir, the vector insect Scaphoideus titanus and its relationships with the phytoplasm, the control of the pathology at plant, estate and region levels.
